Sony Unleashes Their HVR-HD1000 Pro Camcorder in Japan

Already widely available in North America and in Europe, the HVR-HD1000 will finally make it to Japan. Expected to be released in January, 2009, this new camera is made for people looking for mobility, and its black finish and shoulder mounted design gives it a professional appearance.
Don’t get us wrong, the HVR-HD1000J (J for Japan) is an average professional HDV camcorder and not a killer shoulder mounted PRO camera like an XDCAM.
Anyway, if you are interested in this product, here you are the official SONY USA link just for you!
