CPDP-730, Cima’s New Portable DVD Player

I’m not sure how interesting this new portable DVD player is, but it seems that our Japanese friends are very fond of them! Here you are, yet another portable DVD player with a 7” swivel screen (480 x 234 resolution) and 2×1.5W speakers. Our DVD player support DVD±R/RW as well as DVD in VR more. Featuring a USB any USB key can be plugged into to play either JPEG photo files or MP3 files.
It weighs only980g for a size of 204 x 169 x 40 mm.
What do you think, is this kind of product relevant when DVD and videos can be watched on mobile phones, PSP like consoles, and PMPs?
