Amphis BTO GSN618GW TYPE-S: Not Your Average 15” Notebook

PC-Koubou, a well known name and store in Akihabara, is selling a new BTO (Built to Order) Notebook, the Amphis BTO GSN618GW TYPE-S. There’s a choice between different CPUs like a Core 2 Duo P8400, P8600, T9400 and P9500. The stock version costs 130,000 Yen ( 1075€) comes with an entry level Core 2 Duo P8400 at 2.26GHz, 2GB of DDR3 RAM (1066Mhz), a 160 GB HDD at 5400 rpm, Chipset G45, DVD 8x Super Multi, a 15.4” LCD with a WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200) and a GeForce 9600M GT at 512Mb.
