Datamore Porté, Definitly Not Your Average HDD Enclosure
Who said HDD enclosures shouldn’t be fun, elegant, or even works of art? Not Lacie that’s for sure, but also not the people in Korea behind the Datamore Porté.
Available in a USB only or both USB and eSATA version, it has an interesting design that’s somewhere between an iron and a futuristic steam locomotive (as seen in some early comic books). Pretty unusual, I admit I’m quite fond of its design and wish it was sold outside Korea.
