Give Your iPHONE 3G a Second Battery and a 1Seg TV Tuner
It seems many Japanese have been complaining about the lack of a TV tuner on the iPHONE 3G. For once their voices have been heard! Today Softbank announced a new Japanese iPHONE gadge, an external 1Seg TV Tuner with additional battery (for both the iPHONE and the tuner itself). It’s plugged via the iPHONE’s proprietary port to recharge the battery, or Wifi for TV mode, meaning that you do not need to have physically the iPHONE plug to the Tuner, it can be placed in your bag or away from where you are.
As for the size of the unit it is 50 x 85 x 16mm and weights about 80g. Expect a 80€ tag price for this.
Ok, nice… but Lord, who wants to carry something so bulky? (Photos in the gallery.)
