Denon’s New Turntable with Built-in USB Port
I’m sure there are still vinyl owners out there, and for you Denon is releasing the DP-200USB. This new player features a built-in USB port that allows vinyl to be converted to a digital file (MP3), as well as a MM cartridge, trans music manager, and provides a rotational speed of 33.1/3 and 45rpm.
Available at the beginning of November, it will cost around 235€.

If it records into wav or pcm, that’s ok, but now if it’s MP3 only then is totally unacceptable.
MP3, 192kbps.
I certainly prefer an Ion TT-USB, optionally with a line out AND line IN! (any music cassette players out there?). Then a direct recording of your cassettes on your computer is easily performed.
I use Audacity on my iMac and believe me: it works!
