NEC LaVie Light: New Challenger for all Netbooks

Good news! More and more Japanese manufacturers are joining the Netbook war. Today NEC launched their new LaVie Light, although it’s not the most stylish Netbook….

Like most Netbooks it features an 8.9-Inch LCD screen, an Intel Atom N270 CPU(1.60GHz), 160GB of HDD, 1GB of memory, Wifi b/g, three USB ports, SD card slot, and 1.3 Mpix web camera.

It measures 250×176.5×36.5mm and weighs 1.17Kg, and similar in price to Netbooks currently released.
