HDW-650: Sony’s HDCAM Available Now in Japan for 30,000€

Sony announced the availability of its latest HD camera, the HDW-650, which costs around 30,000€. As a reminder, our HD camera features 2/3-inch type Power HAD™ FX CCDs sensor, 14-bit A/D converter, 3.5-inch color LCD screen, and two HD-SDI outputs for uncompressed capture.

It also comes with down-conversion output, selectable gamma curves (HyperGamma™), interval recording, picture cache recording, and a slow shutter function.
