Interview with Microsoft’s John Starkweather, Part 1 of 3
Early in July, our good friend John Starkweather, International Director of Product Management at Microsoft, came to Japan and took the time to visit our office and sit down for a talk about Windows Mobile Products.
The interview was shot in HD and we have over 50 minutes of video so we decided to cut it into in 3 parts. Today, Part 1 focuses on introducing John, what he’s doing at Microsoft, and a brief history Windows Mobile devices (From Windows CE to Windows Mobile 6.1). He also introduces several new devices like the HTC Diamond and Samsung Omnia.
We’re very proud of this interview. John talked openly about Windows Mobile and its competitors, and gave nice details about the history of Windows Mobile.
Enjoy this 16:18 video, we’ll upload Part 2 next week.
Please feel free to comment on this interview. We’re eager to hear your questions and remarks, just keep it nice.
OK?
