HTC Diamond Review Update

Well well well, guess what? After complaining about some “boring features” that I had with my stock Diamond, I received a shiny new ROM which not only provided me with a speed fix but also AMAZINGLY improved the radio coverage (3G in my case). It seems this ROM update will hit the official corner of the planet some time soon, depending on your operator…

I’m glad that HTC fixed the many issues that caused my overall Diamond Touch experience to be sluggish…

    How is the text messaging or MMS on that phone? I’m sure that’s not a native Japanese phone, do both of the services work on the Softbank network?

    This device has been given to us from HTC Taiwan, and the MMS features does not work here in Japan, and I did not even bother try to find a solution, but you should go have have a look on the XDA Dev forum

    Say, what do you do with your toys once you’re done testing them? I’m ready to open my wallet for the HTC Diamond, you know! (the Aston Martin’s too expensive though!)
