Buffalo Introduces the World’s Fastest Blu-Ray Recorder

Buffalo Japan has introduced the world fastest Blu-Ray recorder with a burning speed of 8x on single –layer BDR media. It provides a burning speed up to 2x for a Dual-Layer Blu-Ray, 16x for DVD ±R, and 48x/24x for CD-R/R, and is available in both external and internal versions.

The BR-816FBS (internal) can be connected by SATA, and the BR-816U2 (external) features eSATA and a USB port.

The BR-816FBS costs 240€, while the BR-816U2 costs 275€
