AVC-2809: Another AV Amplifier from Denon

Denon continues to introduce AV amplifiers, this time AVC-2809 (successor of the AVC-2808 ) which should be available at the end of August.

The AVC-2809 provides an output power of 7×160 Watts (6Ω), a frequency response of 20Hz-20 kHz, features four HDMI input / 1 HDMI output that supports 1080p video signals, and reproduces the latest audio codecs such as Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio…

It also features AL24 Processing Plus technology and Audyssey Dynamic Volume.

It will cost around 990€.

    Together with Minipods (Megapods) this sounds excellent. It produces a very pure sound. I can surely recommend this

    why are manufacturers keep making only one HDMI output for many of these receivers?

    the (280 remote is difficult to use in the dark.
