HP-SX505: New High-End In-Ear Canal Headphones from Victor-JVC

Victor-JVC Japan will release new Neodymium headphones (HP-SX505) at the beginning of August. Some of you should certainly know the HA-SX500 unveiled some months ago. These headphones are similar, but provide different specs according to our JVC Japan contact…

Our HP-SX505 are in-ear canal headphones that provide a frequency response of 8Hz-22,000Hz, a pressure sound sensitivity of 104dB/mW, 16mm driver units, and accept a maximum power input of 200mW.

Most interesting is its large 16mm neodymium driver unit that achieves high-quality sound. It employs a hybrid-structure which adds a brass ring that provides high-specific-gravity to the drive unit. According Victor-JVC it eliminates vibration and energy loss.

Interesting….but, we can’t see much of a difference between the HA-SX500.

It’s available for pre-order on GeekStuff4U.com for 80€
