Although the iPhone 3G was only released last week, we already have a few accessories, including a rescue battery!

This is a lithium ion battery of 1200 mAh that’s charged through USB. It provides 36 additional hours for music listening, 7 hours for video, and 3.5 hours for communication mode.

This new battery is available for Pre-Order GeekStuff4U.com for 50 €.

As it seems iPhone 3G may indeed come to these situations with low battery. So this would indeed be good addition to iPhone eXtndr concept.

I need this!

Sure the battery on iPhone 3G is not that great, but what can we do? We want small size phones, powerful features and lengthy battery life.

Just get a backup battery. I got mine from iPhoneck brands. Their new 3G backup battery is probably one of the better looking products in the market. Their website is http://www.iphoneck.com

oh man pretty expensive I must say.
