NEC Updates its ValueStar PC Lineup in Japan

NEC unleashed its Summer Collection of ValueStar desktops this morning with the :

ValueStar W – Available in either 19″ or 22”, our water-cooled desktop will be available in different configurations. On the high-end we have the VW790/MG featuring a Core 2 Duo E4600 (2.40GHz) CPU, 22” EX2 LCD with WSXGA+ resolution, Wifi A/B/G/N, an NVidia GeForce 8400M GT, 500GB of HDD, Blu-ray, a digital and analog TV tuner, and 2GB of RAM for 1999€

ValueStar N – Available in 17″ and 15.4” , it’s by an AMD CPU, with either a Turin 64 X2 TL-58 (1.90GHz) or Athlon 64 X2 TK-57 (1.90GHz), max 2GB of RAM, 250GB HDD, EX2 LCD, DVD Multi-Drive, Wifi A/B/G.

ValueStar L – 19” with WXGA+, Core 2 Duo E4600 (2.40GHz), 2GB of RAM, 500GB of HDD, GeForce 8400 GS for 1560€

ValueStar L Slim – Available in 17” (SXGA) or 19” (WXGA+), features a Pentium Dual Core E2180 (2GHz), GeForce 7100, 1GB of RAM, 320GB of HDD and DVD Multi at a thickness of 66mm.

Wow, those look awesome. A bit expensive, and the design is kinda ugly (the last one looks fine). But, they seem like a bunch of powerpackages.
