KG-DP1, the Anoto Like Pen from TAXAN

Back in the year 2000, the Bluetooth Anoto PEN was one of the most promising gadgets available. Although it requires special paper which makes it unpractical in many ways, this pen concept remains popular among tech lovers and manufacturers… Taxan is apparently one of them and just released in Japan the KG-DP1. It’s a pen which enables you to transfer your handwriting directly into a word document, for example.

This pen can also be used as a mouse or drawing tool. An interesting concept, but in order to transfer your data from pen to PC you’ll still need to plug your PC into some kind of communications module.
