A New UMPC Powered by the ATOM CPU from Willcom

UMPC fan-boys, rejoice! The Japanese Company Willcom just announced this morning that they’re working closely with Microsoft and Intel on a new UMPC integrated with Willcom’s W-SIM technology (PHS).

While there’s little information regarding this device, Willcom announced they’ll begin sales July. Willcom also disclosed it will run on the ATOM, the tiny new mobile CPU from Intel, and will be given the Vista treatment.
