R-K1: The Ultra Limited Hi-Fi from Kenwood
Kenwood will only produce 50 of these high-end compact stereo systems, the R-K1 K Series Silver Limited, which is state of the art for pure sound quality.
The main points on this R-K1 are:
- Supreme EX tone quality technology.
- Wolfson D/A conversion unit WM8740.
- Separate Power supplies for key audio elements.
- Aluminum body at 11mm thick.
Specifications are as follow, 38Wx2ch (6Ω) or 45Wx2(4Ω), 48Hz-45kHz, 85dB. It will cost you something like 1340€ or 1980US$
