Toshiba GigaBeat T802 Wireless

The Toshiba T series isn’t anything new, but the T802 Wireless… is a new comer here.

While our new T802 Wireless maintins basic T-Series features like LCD size and screen resolution, and so on, and so on… Toshiba decided to boost the internal memory from 4GB to 8GB, as well as a provide a wireless module just 9.9mm thick and 58g.

In partnership with NTT and Gayo (A Japanese YouTube clone) you’ll be able to download and watch video clips, Podcasts, or movies on the go at most internet access points in Japan. A bit like what Apple does with Starbucks if I am correct.

If you own a T802 or T401, you’ll will be happy to know that Toshiba will offer a free firmware upgrade for the Version 2.0 of your device. This is the very same firmware carried by our T802 Wireless.
