Two New WinCE Business Portable Terminals from Canon

A few days ago we talked about a compact barcode data collector from Koamtac, today we’ll tell you about two other professional devices which are as cool as Koamtac’s: the Canon GT-10 and GT-11.

Our little wonders are business portable terminals which can be used in varied environments like restaurants, or on the street by police officers traffic ticketing. Both models are powered by a 520Mhz Marvell PXA270 CPU and have 128MB of RAM and 128MB of flash disk, support Compact flash and Microdrive, as well as miniSD and miniSD IO. We also find a 3.7” VGA touch screen, Bluetooth, and for the GT-10, a small printer as well as a wireless B/G module. Both devices use the WinCe 5.0 OS.
