Yepp everybody make the same mistake, in Japan there is a company called logitEC, they mainly sells computer peripherals, and when logitECH came to Japan they could not use the same name since both are selling PC peripheral the swiss company was not able to use its regular name in Japan, and they changed their name here into logiCOOL… But they still print logitECH on their products even in Japan

Last week I have sent this news to you Too.

It is because Yestarday BRAZIL started broadcasting Digital TV and the system is ISDB-Tb because Brazil added H.264 video and HE-AAC Audio to the HD standard.
And as 1SEG already is h.264, all portable TV and other 1seg receivers from Japan are working here. The only Mobile 1seg japonese phones that works here are the DoCoMo 905TV series that sports GSM and SIM cards.

I am interested in purchasing this product however, I am concerned about one thing.

Will this Logitec device work with EyeTV 3 or do I have to limit myself to the EyeTV lite that comes with the dongle?

    Thank you in advance.

  • Stuart

Never mind. I just found my answer I believe.
    It seems to be compatible.

    Thank you

  • Stuart

Ok, call me an idiot. Could you please explain the difference between using this product along with EyeTV SW and say the EyeTV 250 offered by Sonic?

Also, is the EyeTV 250 able to record cable?

I am sorry for the questions. I just cant seem to figure out which one would be better to get.
In your honest opinion which one would be best to get?

Thank you again for your response.
