Panasonic announces 5.1-channel RP-WF5500 wireless headphones

I must admit that I have been interested in purchasing some 5.1 Wireless headphones for years now (since I am in Japan actually), and now that I am a father, I have to watch my Blu-Ray movies or play with my PS3, and soon, Xbox 360 Elite, with the volume down… REALLY REALLY DOWN !! So, today Panasonic reminded me that “HEY”, I am no longer forced to play my games on mute! And that I should go and buy one of these nifty little Wireless headphones like the shiny new RP-WF5500, which supports Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS, AAC, and weigh only 255g, for up to 6 hours of musical pleasure.

26% Yes I love it
0% Yes but I hate it
57% No but I may soon
17% No, and I have no interest in buying one

I have 5.1 wireless headphones from Pioneer.
Got them nearly 2 years ago.

I share the same problem like you. I cant play my movies/games/whatever on the volume that I really desire. That was the reason I bought the pioneer.

It is THE best purchase I’ve done in Japan
I convinced another friend of mine to buy those pairs 6 months ago. Same reaction from him
