A new SACD and CD player from Pioneer
It seems that some people are actually still using SACD, a type of CD which, thanks to a bunch of urban myths, is said to give an impeccable sound quality on CD.
Anyway, this may be your chance to actually get to try and verify if this is true, (because despite trying hard I never ever got my hands on an SACD), with the Pioneer PD-D9 which can play both as I just said, but also MP3 and WMA.
A few more specs with the Wolfson Twin DAC “WM8741″ chipset, 24 bit and 192KHz… oh yeah, and an AM/FM radio tuner; there you go now you have it, all you need is to take out 850€ (!!) for the SACD and 275€ (!) for the radio off your pocket.
