CEATEC 07 – Fujitsu Booth

Nothing very impressive at the Fujitsu booth, but for the first time we had the chance to test their PalmSecure system, better known as Contactless Palm Vein Authentication… Basically you just have to put your hand a certain distance from the PalmSecure module or mouse, and it will let you login on to your computer.
ENON, the robot from Fujitsu, was also available at the CEATEC, and was giving us a little show where we could see its full capability. Basically this robot is there to inform customers in stores, hotels, train stations and so on.
Finally, for the chip “freak”, here you are, some pictures of an LSI wafer using 65nm technology.

This CEATEC coverage is made in partnership with GeekStuff4U.com, your best gadgets direct from Japan!
