Never Get Lost Again With the Asus R600
Recently approved by the FCC, the R600 GPS from Asus looks like its poised for its release in the US.
The R600 sports an integrated light sensor that adjusts LCD brightness according to its surroundings to help create a better picture and enhance battery life as well. Besides just battery life, the R600 offers Bluetooth connectivity, a 4.3-inch touch screen and an SD memory card slot that lets you expand the memory up to 4GB. To make this baby hum, a 400MHz Samsung processor runs it, while 64MB RAM and 128MB of ROM help you get the most out of its performance.
So far there is little else known about this device and pricing is still unavailable. Oh, and one more thing: it includes the great SiRFStar III GPS chipset. Nice!
