The XA-S206 (2GB) and XA-S108 (1GB) are the latest DAPs made and sold by JVC.
The main difference lies in the Line IN, allowing you to directly record things on your DAP, but also a simplified menu with 3 categories and a file browser similar to what exists on iRiver products…voice recording and FM tuner are also part of the mix.
