NEC Unveil’s A New 19-inch LCD Monitor

If you’re looking for a nicer version of the NEC 1940WCXM LCD, then look no further than the company’s newest LCD – the 1990SX.

The 1990SX sports a 1,280 x 1,024 resolution, 1,500:1 contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, an eight-millisecond response time, and a 178-degree viewing angle. Even better, the monitor features automatic black level adjustment, DVI / VGA inputs, and a built-in power supply.

So far there’s no word on whether it’ll hit US shelves, but look for it in Japan next month.
