Nice New NAS From cineDISK
The cineDISK NAS features a 3.5-inch SATA hard-drive, Ethernet and USB 2.0. Connectivity isn’t bad either; it features: DVI-I, DVI-D (with 1080p output), component (for 480p, 720p and 1080i), coaxial, stereo audio and an optical audio port, along with a USB host port for plugging in extra storage.
So what does all that mean to you? Well, the cineDISK NAS is basically a remote storage device that can stream and play any kind of media to any audio input device in your home. Even better, the device supports MP3, Ogg and WMA, along with 720p WHVMD, HDTV@TP, DivX, MPEG4 and MPEG1 and MPEG 2.
Not bad huh? Too bad there isn’t any pricing and availability information known. Look for some of that as more information becomes available.
