Toshiba in Paris: the Tecra x9

The Tecra series by Toshiba include “classic” notebooks focusing on safety and reliability issues, as a result those are not the most powerful or “flashy” laptops that money can buy but of course it doesn’t mean that it’s not good.

For the “safe” part there is the Easyguard aimed at all the paranoids out there and also for those who really need to keep their data “protected” for whatever reason. It consists in an anti shock, anti theft, anti log in and tracking system (with the possibility to erase the content).

The monitor is a 14 inches wide and the weights reaches an acceptable 2.4kg.
4 versions will soon be available, starting price: 1.900€.
