Sanyo’s LP-XL50 projector featuring Ultra-Short Focus

SANYO is committed to providing various new solutions by openly employing its propriety
Technologies in creative ways, based on its Brand Vision ‘Think GAIA’.

Last year SANYO launched the LP-XL40 projector fitted with an ultra-short focus lens capable of projecting images of 80 inches from a distance of 103 cm.

In order to attain large-screen image projection from an even shorter distance, SANYO developed a new propriety optical engine, shattering the traditional concept of a projector by shortening the distance required to project 80 inch images to a mere 8 cm. Through this creativity and new projector technology, the world’s first projector capable of projecting images easily onto meeting room tabletops or on the floor, increases and expands the usability of projection technology.
