TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S – Chupa Chups “ice candy” maker
Takara Tomy Arts is releasing “Okashina Ice Candy Chupa Chups” on April 18. “Okashina” can be translated as “strange”, “weird” or “funny”.
You can basically make a 6cm diameter popsicle with this machine, combining a lollipop and the beverage of your choice.
You simply put a Chupa Chups into the machine and fill with a warmed beverage (warmed juice, milk, soy milk, etc.) and rotate the body with the attached handle to make the candy melt. It takes only 3 minutes to melt. Then, leave the machine in the freezer overnight and you will have a big ice candy ready for you the next day!
It will be fun to experiment to figure out your favorite flavor by mixing different Chupa Chups and using various beverages.
A couple recipe ideas given by Takara Tomy Arts are:
- Cherry flavored Chupa Chups and coke
- Strawberry cream flavored Chupa Chups and soymilk
