The Epson P-3000

The P-5000 has been available for quite some time now but Epson decided to extend the offer with a more affordable “entry level” product: the P-3000.
Instead of 80GB you have here a 40GB HDD, .h264 compatibility (new), Photo Fine Ultra screen compatible with xv.Color and ADOBE RGB, all this on a 4 inches monitor rocking a 640×480 resolution and 16 million colors (24 bit).
Other features include: SD and CDF ports, SDHC compatible, DivX, WMV9 and h.264 for the video part, AAC, MP3, WMA for the audio.
Compact dimensions (88.7x150x37.6mm) and light weight (426g) plus a nice price (300€ or 400$ more or less) make it one of the “must haves” for the month of June in Japan.
