New JVC HDTVs Announced

In a surprise move that even made me blush, JVC introduced a surprise update to its 1080p Series LCD TV sets.

The High Speed 2 display range has a new display engine called Clear Motion Drive II. The update can fix any blurring issues the older sets had by using 8,000 surrounding pixels to better control movement issues. Even better, the company has also thrown in full HD (1080p) support.

Dubbed the LT-37X898 (37-inch), LT-42X898 (42-inch), and LT-47X898 (47-inch), the three HDTVs will sport the aforementioned full 1080p resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Besides that the sets will offer three HDMI 1.3 inputs so you can plug anything you HD source in with ease.

Unfortunately this is all we know for now, but look for more information on these beauties before they are released this fall.
