Panasonic has just announced 11 new VIERA models for this year. Leading the line-up, the DT60 Series is a beautiful piece of equipment and gives a beautiful and detailed television viewing experience. It is available in 55, 47 and 42 inch models.

IPS full HD LED panel allows viewing at 18% wider angles than previous models. It is also 3D compatible and 3D glasses come with the TV.

Regarding sounds,a new speaker system with built-in woofer is incorporated making the sounds more alive than ever.

The “My Home” function gives you a choice of customizing the home screen or settings depending on each family member. Also, through a wireless connection, you can forward TV shows recorded or being air-played with VIERA to certain other Panasonic devices and watch them in other rooms.

And of course, being Japanese, it has eco-friendly features. The “Eco Navi” function determines the brightness of a room and recognizes peripherals that are not being used to automatically save on electricity. 

The DT60 Series is scheduled to be available in the beginning of March. The price will be around ¥160,000 – ¥270,000.
