NEC outs the world thinest ultrabook with the LaVie X

Nec today introduced in Japan the world thinest ultrabook with the LaVie X. With a thickness of just 12,8mm this new 15.6″ ultrabook comes with a stunning Full HD IPS Panel, a powerfull Core i7-3517U at 1.9Ghz, 4GB of RAM, a 256GB SSD, Windows 8 for just 1.59kg! Announced at just 175,000 Yen the LaVie X also features the now the other “usual suspects” inducing USB 3.0, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, an SDXC slot and HDMI out.
