Check Out the PS3′s Eye

How many of you out there have actually used the EyeToy? Well, it looks like Sony thinks enough of you have because they have announced the Playstation 3 Eye.

The Eye features a four-microphone array that the company promises will reduce background noise while providing for better voice recognition. The Eye will also feature low-light sensitivity, a two-position zoom lens and can capture video in up to 120 frames per second. Even better, you can save any videos you capture through the eye directly to your PS3 hard drive.

Get your very own Eye (I know you already have two, but you never know when you might need three) when it hits store shelves later this year.
