Kenwood updated its Media Application for DAP

Kenwood updated its Media Application for DAP and in particular the models of the “HD” range like the “HD30GB9″, “HD30GA9″ and “HD20GA7″.
As you know, or guessed, those Digital Audio Players feature a 1.8 inch HDD with disk space going from 20 to 30GB.

So welcome the 4.0.0.1 version of the Kenwood Media Application used to communicate between the DAP and computers equipped with Windows OS such as 2000/XP/VISTA. You didn’t expect Windows 95 did you ?
To benefit from this update all you need is the serial number of your Kenwood HD series DAP.

With Windows 2000 (anybody still using it?) and XP you can transfer music directly from Windows Media Player 9 or 10, with VISTA (WMP 11) you need to use the KMA.

Simple as that !
