PQI announces USB3.0 U822V Speedy

The Foxlink Group’s Power Quotient International (PQI), the world leader in wireless storage devices, initiated a race for speed today by officially announcing the launch of the Intelligent Drive U822V Speedy portable USB flash drive. PQI USB3.0 U822V Speedy offers exceptional speed. Compared to the traditional USB2.0 interface, a read speed of 88MB/Sec translates to an increase of 293%, while a write speed of 66MB/Sec is a 330% increase. It is akin to the incredible speed one experiences on a Formula 1 race course. The device distinguishes itself; in particular, with large files such as video files, by transferring files quickly enough to feel like it’s instantaneous. It is worth mentioning that PQI U822V Speedy is equipped with the exclusive PQI-patented COB connector technology. Previously USB2.0 could support only 4 pads in the COB package production, which prevented it from being forward compatible with USB3.0, but these restrictions have been overcome in the PQI U822V Speedy. The careful design by the PQI R&D team is fully compliant with USB3.0 interface standards while solving the problems of overheating during data transfer and difficulty in reading data under high frequency noise. This technology is on the global cutting edge.

PQI U822V Speedy comes in light speed red and panther black. The special metal casing resists fingerprints and covers a USB3.0 connector, offering sleek protection and doing away with the possibility of losing the cap at the same time. When in use, the product is designed to rotate 360 degrees as needed, which eliminates the problem of insufficient space when in use, and reduces interference with other objects, resulting in a more user friendly experience. The device is available in 8GB /16GB /32GB capacities. The lanyard hole at the top left, along with the included chain, is designed for easy attachment to a mobile phone, handbag, or other accessory.
