BDP-SX910, Sony’s latest 9″ Portable BD Player
In a world where VOD services are available pretty much everywhere and where Tablets and other PMP comes with up to 64GB of internal memory, Sony seems that it is still relevant to bring portable Blu-Ray and DVD player on the market. Granted that in Japan it is illegal to RIP DVDs and Blue-Ray, strangely however you can rent and purchase Movies and BD-R or DVD-R is most of Japanese Movie Rental shops. Anyway! If you are a sucker for these king o devices I am sure that you will be delighted to learn that Sony introduced this week the BDP-SX910, a new portable Blu-Ray player that comes with 9″ 800×480 screen as well as with the support of Dobly TruHD, DTS-DS Master, S-Force and MPEG-1/2, MPEG-4 AVC/H.264, WMV, , AVCHD files.
Announced at around 40,000 Yen and set to reach store shelves at the end of October the BDP-SX910 comes with a maximum of 5h of continuous playback time?
