Not 1, not 2 but 5 new ValueStar Desktops by NEC
Here are the latest additions to the NEC lineups : 5 new Desktop Personal Computers from the ValueStar series and among then the “N” and its 16 mm of thickness !
The ValueStar N actually is the most interesting version due to its design, at the back of the screen are slots for CD or DVD. If you look for performance the best product of the range has to offer a 15.4 inches screen (1280×800), an AMD Type Mobility Sempron 3400+ (1.8Ghz) as CPU, 200GB of disk space1 1GB of memory, DVD DL burner et digital TV tuner. Or you can lower the price by choosing a version equipped with a Turion 64X2 TL-50 (1.5Ghz).

The ValueStar S series is aimed at people looking for a “high end TV combo”. The monitor got bigger (from 17 to 20 inches) and the resolution as well (WSXGA+ or SXGA). Other equipments include : Celeron M430, RADEON Xpress 1250, DVD burner, digital TV tuner, Wifi and 320 to 500GB of disk space.

The L series now, the ValueStar L means nothing else but enhanced performance and the components prove it: Core 2 Duo E4300 (or Pentium 4 531), Wifi, 20′ monitor (WSXGA+), 1Gb of RAM, 500GB of disk space, the DVD burner and digital TV tuner are also part of the package.

The list goes on with the ValueStar L Slim. The difference with the “N” comes from the fact that the screen is separated from the central unit. For this one here’s what you will get : Celeron D360 CPU, ATI Radeon Xpress 200, 320GB HDD, 1GB of RAM anD A 17′ screen rocking an SXGA resolution.
