Many new Full HD PDP Televisions by Panasonic !

Panasonic invited the medias today to present 2 new Full HD PDP TVs (1920×1080) series, of course Akihabaranews was there !

First one is the PZ700 with 42 and 50 inches available in 2 colors (black or silver) and a 4000:1 contrast thanks to Panasonic’s PEAKS Full HD technology. Other figures include 3 HDMI ports, 2 for D4, 2 for iLink and an SDHC card reader. The big advantage here comes from the compatibility with the SD1 or SD3 (Panasonic’s HD camcorders) and the support of AVCHD and MPEG2 videos !
Last thing you need to know is that these TVs were given a score of 900 points by the ADPC (Advanced Plasma Developpent Center) which is an organization founded by Panasonic and Pioneer to promote the PDP technology.

The second series is called PX70, 2 colors as well and screen dimensions from 37 (42) to 50 inches. The main difference here is the ADPC score of 720 and the fact that they do not support AVHCD videos.
