Dirac has got 2 barbones for you

If you’re looking for a barbone in Japan, Dirac might have what you need. Their offer is named “Square Zero 10000″ with these dimensions [82.5x160x163mm] it features a Nano-ITX motherboard using a VIA Luke CoreFusion chipset and an Eden-N 1Ghz CPU.
The maximum Ram supported is 1GB, other things such as IDE, SATA and Mini PCI are part of the deal.
