9 new HDTVs from Toshiba

The LCD HDTV offer by Toshiba is getting bigger today with the arrival of 2 new series, C3000 and H3000.

Let’s start by the H3000, some versions feature a 300GB hard disk drive, if this is not totally new, the eSATA port allowing you to plug in an external HDD with the “HDD plus” function is. Imagine putting a 2 to 4 TB NAS I-O DATA or Buffalo on this type of TV…last but not least those televisions are available in FullHD for the 37 and 52 inches versions (HD Ready for the 32′).

Now the C3000, no eSATA or HDD on these ones but the HDMI is there as well as the LCD IPS technology like the H3000. 4 versions: 26, 32, 37 inches (HD Ready) and 42 inches (FullHD).

On top of that Toshiba announced the Dot by Dot feature (very good for PC use) on all their new TVs, the strange thing is that Sharp has been proposing this for a very long time but for Toshiba it is considered “new”.
