Panasonic today released two new Viera Series in Japan including the :

WT5 Series. Available in 55 and 45” these Full HD TV comes with a new slim body of the 9.8mm thin, a 2.1Ch Speaker as well as a newly developed IPSα 4X Panel with a 800pps resolution and set to offer deeper black. The WT5 also comes with Panasonic’s new APD Drive technology engine for better 3D videos and reproduction. Finally the WT5 comes with three TV tuner, USB HDD recording and iOS Support

The ZT5 Series is available in 50 and 65” and comes with Panasonic new “Full Black Panel III Plus” offering here a gorgeous 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio and support of YUV 4:4:4 colors. These new PDP or Plasma TV comes Panasonic APDC technology or “Advanced Plasma Display Center” offering a nice 1,700pps resolution.
Finally Panasonic worked hard on these new Set of TVs with a unique mix of glass and aluminum that bring to these new PDP TVs a unique and luxurious feeling.
