Samsung Releases Virus Doctor Air Car

Samsung Electronics rolls out Virus Doctor Air Car. This new Virus Doctor Air Purifier comes with Samsung’s proprietary air cleaning and sterilization technology S-Plasma Ion.
Capable to eradicates the floating fungus (mold), bacteria, smoke smell, and others blamed for the stale air smell, the Virus Doctor Air Car is certified by British Allergy Foundation for its effectiveness in eradicating allergens. Designed for an car use, the Virus Doctor Air can be powered by batteries or run on the usual 12V cigarette lighter adapter.

Is this using silver like their washing machines some of which use silver particles?
Check Wikipedia for toxicity of silver as it was once used very widely like a disinfectant until it was proved to have toxic effects in humans.

This makes me laugh – they are advertising this with a soft top car.

This gadget would have less than a snowball chance in hell of doing any air cleaning in a convertible.

In a convertible, the Virus Doctor Air Car would be about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.
