Sharp finally jump into the autonomous vacuum cleaner world with its latest COCOROBO

Japanese manufacturer are by far the latest to jump into the autonomous vacuum cleaner war, and while Toshiba made the jump last year, it is today finally Sharp turn, behold the COCOROBO RX-V100 and RX-V80.
Both model comes with Sharp state of the art ION technology as well as the “Cocoro Engine” suppose to enhanced the vacuum cleaner performances. But the most important aspect on these models, well at least for the RX-V100, is that it comes with Voice Control and communication, Wi-Fi, a 1.3Mpix Camera with a 640×480 resolution and LED Light. Sound too familiar? Well guess what, this is exactly what Samsung’s product are doing as well! Anyway, despite being capable to control and get basic video and photo feedback from a dedicated web interface, Sharp announced today that its COCOROBOs will soon get a dedicated iOS and Android App in order to fully and easily control your vacuum cleaner from the comfort of your sofa!
Finally the COCOROBO will be put on sale in Japan pretty soon at around 130,000 and 90,000 Yen respectively and will come with a basic 1h basic battery life.
