EyeCAN, Samsung’s virtual mouse for disabled

Samsung announced the eyeCAN today, a unique glasses mounted solution that effectively tracks eye movements, which will allow any disabled person the ability to use a computer combined with their eyes to control the cursor. The user need not use a single muscle to click on anything that they see on their computer screen.
Announced today as a prototype, Samsung however plan to sell its eyeCAN to the general public within this year at around 50,000 WON (roughly)
