The Sanyo Xacti Digital Recorder
This isn’t a Xacti like the others, and you will not be able to take nice photos or videos, BUT, with the Xacti ICR-PS285RM, you will be able to record your voice in audio CD quality. As you have correctly guessed, this is a PCM Dictaphone with no less than 2GB of internal memory, support for MP3 (284 hours of recording time!) and PCM, the ability to play MP3, PCM, WMA and DRM10-WMA files. It can be powered by one AAA battery (an Eneloop battery will give you 25 hours of recording time). It also has a USB port so that you don’t have to carry a USB cable.
