OLEDs are far from reaching the consumer market. Any screens they sell, now, will be for high paying customers that won't mind replacing the panels when the colour deteriorates (blue LEDs will reach half brightness within 14,000 hours). So what they've made here is completely appropriate for the only market it could compete in. I'm not sure where you got the 4k resolution from, where does it say that?

Now we only need it to hit the market and cost under $3k and they will dominate the market. No, wait!!! It will not happen for 5 years and by then Samsung/Vizio/Sony/etc would have eaten it all. LG, get a clue. Sell NOW and sell something good and cheap or be sent the Benq/Philips/etc way ... There is a market for 4K resolution and OLED 55inchers ... but they have to be cheap and available ...
