Samsung Starts Volume Production of PM830 Series mSATA SSD
Samsung Electronics announced today the mass production of PM830 Series mSATA SSD. PM830 m SATA(Mini-Serial Advanced Technology Attachment) SSD (Solid State Drive) designed for high-performance ultra-slim notebook PCs is based on 20 Nano NAND flesh and supports the Mini-Serial ATA (mSATA) interface. It also only weighs 8g with 50.95×30.00×3.80 mm which is 1/3 of a business card in size. PM830 mSATA SSD will be available in four models of 32GB (cash memory), 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
